Yes, all stylists at Los Pastel take new clients, except for Grace. Unfortunately due to a full clientele, Grace is only accepting bookings from her regular clients. If you haven’t seen Grace for over a year, this does classify you as a new client.

The closest parking lot is York St car park located behind the studio off Townshend Rd, but can be limited on weekdays - however, Saturday offers a lot of bays and is free! Hay st parking is free but is limited to one hour until 5 pm on weekdays and 1 pm on Saturday. There is some 2 and 3-hour parking in the back streets behind the studio.The Wilson complex further down Hay st will most likely have the most available bays.

Yes, we only offer services to clients above the age of 16.

We currently do not offer any pay later options. We accept cash and card payments.

Yes, any cancellations or changes to appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of $75.

We specialise in lightening services for all hair types. No matter your natural hair colour, we can create the perfect variation of ‘blonde’ for you.
For requests of other colours, please get in touch.

Our stylists are specialised in colouring and long hair cutting. Unfortunately we do not feel comfortable with styles shorter than a bob. We do not have clippers in our salon.

Yes, we use Wellaplex which is built into our lightener, and an after colour treatment that is done at the basin to help protect and strengthen your hair while colouring. This is included in every lightening service at no extra cost.
